Below we have provided a simple measuring guide and a few quick tips to help you find the size that will work best. After you have your measurements, refer to the chart below to select your size. Lastly, when ordering your garment please leave your measurements in the notes at checkout. Thank you!
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around your pack and across the fullest part of your breast. This is not the same measurement as your bra size.
Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your torso. This is called the waistline and is typically just above the bellybutton.
Hip: With your feet together wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips. This measurement is lower on your hips.
*Our cotton lingerie and our silk crop top are designed slightly over sized so they are a little roomier.
*Our silk lingerie pieces are designed with a low back and a tie top so they naturally are a little roomier up top. You will still need to refer to the bust size so you have adequate coverage across the front. The waist and hips are designed to be slightly fitted with ease.
*Our silk velvet robe sizes are XS-L & L/XL

Within the USA, Items are shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 business days) with tracking and includes $50 insurance. If you would like additional insurance to cover damage or loss to your item during shipping please contact me. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damages that occur during shipping. This time frame does not include production time so be sure to check each listing for production times. When your order ships you will automatically receive an email with a link to the tracking information. If your item has just been shipped it takes a couple hours for it to read in the online system. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are happy to help.
If you live outside of the US, your item will be shipped using USPS First Class. This does not include tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items that have occurred in shipping. We are happy to upgrade shipping to a trackable and/or insured method. International items have to clear customs so this can occasionally cause a delay due to hold ups in customs. Each country varies in their process and timeliness. It typically takes about 2 weeks for delivery but it can take up to 4 weeks or more. Please contact me if you have not received your within 2-3 weeks. The package will have a # but there is very minimal track ability so upgrading is always highly recommended. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are happy to help.
Many countries also charge duties for importing goods. Duties are taxes and fees charged by your country to receive items from other countries. You are responsible for those fees. These vary by country so we suggest contacting your customs office to find out what the rates and fees are for your package.

We do not except returns as all items are made to order. We do offer exchanges so please see the exchange policies below. If there is a problem with your item upon arrival please contact us right away (2-3 days) as most issues can easily be resolved and we want to make sure you are taken care of. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged though we may be able to make modifications to your item so that it fits your vision better.
We will gladly do an exchange if the item is defective but we must be notified within 2-3 days of receiving the item. We do offer exchanges on a case by case basis as we want you to be happy but we do not offer returns. All items are made to order so please contact us with any styling or product questions before ordering so that we can help you make the right decision the first time. We are happy to help and know that sometimes it can be overwhelming experience with all of the choices available to you. Please make sure to order color samples or email me with questions regarding veil length or fullness before ordering your veil.
