Below is a list a our frequently asked questions as well as a bit of info about how we do things around here. We want to make sure you are well informed and we answer any questions you may have. How do I choose the right veil color that will best match my dress? We get a lot of photos from brides asking for recommendations for veil color. Though we wish it was this easy unfortunately it is not a great method to choose color. Lighting and computer monitors can vary greatly and what looks white or light ivory in a photo can turn out to be yellow ivory in person. So we always recommend ordering a sample set to choose the best color match. Ordering samples is super easy! You can order samples here. Keep those bridal photos coming though! We absolutely love seeing them. 

 

I'm still not sure which veil or headpiece to choose. Can you help? Yes absolutely! We would love to help! Send a photo of your dress, hair inspiration and tell us the overall vibe you are going for and we will give you our style suggestions based what we think will look best.

 

Can I view one of your headpieces in person? Yes absolutely! We have retailers located through out the US, in Canada and Europe. Each of our retailers has curated selection of our pieces. So I suggest getting in touch with them to see if they carry the piece you are looking for. We do also have Trunk Shows through out the US during the busy bridal season. Our trunk shows are a selection of the latest collection so if you see a piece from a previous collection that you would like to see please send an us an email and if they piece is available during that time frame we are happy to send it along with the trunk show. What do you mean by made to order? We do not carry stock at this time. Each veil, headpiece, jewelry and lingerie piece are made after the order is placed. We love to offer this for our brides as is more in line with a couture experience and allows for more customized pieces if needed. What is production time? Production time is the time it takes to make the order. Once you place your order, your order is placed on a production list and made within the production time indicated in the listing. Production time for our simple veils is about 2 weeks and all other items it is 6 weeks. Production time does not include shipping so make sure to include time for shipping when placing the order. Please see shipping information below. 

 

Do you offer rush orders? We offer rush orders on a case by case basis. Since our items are made to order there are two parts to the rush process: production and shipping. We can usually rush shipping but for production it depends on the item and when you need the item by. Please send us an email through our contact page with the item needed, when its needed by and why. 

 

How long does shipping take? US shipping is 2-3 business days. International shipping typically takes about 2 weeks but can take longer due to hold ups in customs. What are your return/exchange policies? We do not offer returns due to the nature of our items and our made to order system. However we do offer exchanges on a case by case basis. Please visit out return/exchange page for more detailed information on our policies here

 

Do you do custom work? We can usually do minor customization on each design but it depends on the request. We do custom work as well on a case by case basis depending on our current work load and the nature of the custom work. Can I have other people make your pieces? Absolutely not! A lot of time, hard work and money goes into designing and photographing our collections. When brides ask others to make our designs it is like giving them our paycheck. Please be responsible buyers and don't allow others to violate copyright law. We have heard from numerous brides who have bought pieces from others using our photos and/or designs only to be disappointed in the sub-par craftsmanship and quality of materials. 

 

Will you make me a piece from another designer? Absolutely not! We both celebrate and respect the hard work of others and expect the same in return. 

 

What materials do you use in your products? We strive to use high quality materials in all of our designs to bring you the absolute best pieces. We use Swarovski crystals and gems, French laces, European sourced silk tulles, and use American made when ever possible.
